What Happened When a Child Gave This Note To Her Teacher Will Infuriate EVERY Parent
Let’s set the scene here.

A second-grader was supposed to be in an after-school program in Houston, but decided going home would be much more fun. So she did what we’ve all tried to do before cleverly forge a note tocatch an early bus home.
She obviously hadn’t been spending much time on the plan, as let’s just say this note looks like a second-grader wrote it, given the penmanship and backwards letters.

Nothing wrong with that and, let’s be honest, who didn’t try that themselves? But the difference is this time the teacher took the bait.
Let me repeat they believed that note was real and let 7-year-old Rosabella get on the dus, I mean, bus.
What this little mini Ferris Bueller didn’t plan on, however, was being locked out when she got home, so shewent to a neighbor’s house to ask to use the bathroom.

That was the first time that anyone even knew that she was dropped off early.
The neighbors acting like actual adults in this situation called her dad, Charlie Dahu, and filled him in on the news.
Let’s just say, he was rightfully horrified and pretty ticked off.

“I was shaking,” Dahu said. “I was scared. I was just glad to see her in good health and that nothing happened to her.”
After he made sure she was okay, he ran to the school to confront them about how this could happen and filmed their exchange.

Even the employee he spoke to admitted that the note looked questionable.
When Dahuasked, “Now, does this look like a note…does this look like a note that a parent would write?”
The employee responded by saying, “No, that’s why I asked my boss.”
Great job there, boss.
He admits that his daughter was wrong for writing the note, but come on, people. She’s in second grade. And let’s review this is the note.

It’s not done in calligraphy or beautiful cursive. She didn’t even spell “bus” right (possibly because she skipped out on the after-school program, but I digress).
The school itself released this statement:

Yeah, probably a good idea. I would get that in writing maybe ask Rosabella for a hand.
