Harry Winston collaborated with renowned watchmaker Emmanuel Bouchet to create a timeless and intricate mechanical watch. The Opus 12 draws inspiration from the Copernican Revolution, which imagines Earth as the center of the galaxy. Unlike traditional watches, the hands of the Opus 12 come out from the outer circumference of the dial, rather than from the center.

The unique watch works with a retrograde hand, synchronized with the main minuteshand, advances along a five-minute sector. Every hour, the minuteshand flies back to its initial position while the long five-minutes hand pivots and sets itself still.

The mechanical watch includes 607 parts, 80 jewels and two barrels, cased in white gold. There are only 120 of these limited timepiece available, retailing for $260,000.
