Skydiver jumps 25,000 feet off a plane with NO CHUTE

Skydiving is one of those things that people always want to try at least once in their lives, usually either because of the thrills but others just want to get that experience in before they die – and why wouldn’t they?

Falling from thousands of feet up in the air from a perfectly good airplane is definitely not something most would get to do on a normal basis, but regardless there’s still those looking to take the activity even farther. You’re about to see Luke Aikins in action, a stuntman and daredevil who apparently has zero issues with heights, anxiety or even plain old fear as he decided to skydive from 25,000 feet without even a parachute! Instead of any other safety device he had 2 other divers with chutes close by in case anything went wrong, but the tricky part was more in the landing than in the falling.

He decided to fall directly into a large met waiting too close to the ground for comfort, but luckily everything went off without a hitch!

This is the very first time anyone has ever attempted a stunt like this, so the fact that he made it out alright is really cool. Plus, even though we know the human race has a tendency to almost glorify accidents, no one wants to see someone die that way. Regardless, Aikins had to have taken a page straight out of Duke Nukem, because there’s no way he doesn’t have balls of steel!
