Father Make Daughter’s Dream Of Fame Come True After She Dies (Video)
It’s sometimes difficult to feel sad about the deaths of people we don’t know personally. I mean, intrinsically, we all know that death — and loss of any kind — is sad.
But when we hear about death in the news every day, it’s possible to become a bit desensitized to the tragedy that is the loss of a life.
That said, this moving clip, which features 13-year-old Anna van Keulen performing “Did I Make The Most Of Loving You” on the piano while her dad films, evokes true sadness.
It’s beautiful — haunting even — and sad because Anna tragically passed away last week in a bicycle accident in her Netherlands hometown.
She’d always wanted to be a famous musician, so her father posted this video on the Internet, hoping to give Anna the fame she deserved, even if it unfortunately had to come after her death.
It’s such a shame to lose a young life, and our hearts truly go out to the van Keulen family.
Be sure to share this video wherever you can: We can’t reverse time, but we can honor this young girl’s spirit and appreciate the talent she had.
