GOORAMA!

Now, everyone calls me it.

Even my mom.

This is just one of many examples of how the Internet impacts my life and why I enjoy sharing viral content.

I spend a lot of time reading posts. But, because I’m a huge consumer, I know what works.

And what doesn’t.

It gives me a chance to write about everything I’m interested in.

Which is great, because I like a lot of different things.

In many ways, it makes the whole, big world of the Internet a lot smaller in a really wonderful way.

I’m able to find a hook, apply BuzzFeed’s tone, and make it interactive. Take my puppy post, it has almost 300,000 views.

Or my sushi cat post that the Community editors loved. It has over 200,000 views.

Every time someone shares a post I write, I’m all like:

But when I became the No. 1 contributor for the site…

I was like:

I recently graduated with a B.S. in journalism from the University of Florida, which is ranked as one of the top 10 J-Schools in the country.

He’s probably not the best example of what UF offers.

At least he’s a little better.
